TVET IV in Drafting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilties: - Responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support construction and design projects. - Developing detailed 3D models, generating accurate drawings. - Ensuring designs comply with project specifications and industry standards. - Work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to make design decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way. - Excellent communication skills will be preferred. - Wider knowledge of other disciplines highly desirable.

TVET Level 4 Diploma in Construction Technology, General Foreman or in a related field of study with relevant work (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the scaffolding and formwork sector) Duties & Responsibilites: - Overseeing all stages of the construction process. Coordinating various teams, assigning tasks and resolving issues - Complying with and enforcing relevant safety regulations - Creating and maintaining construction schedules - Supervising construction workers - Supervising the team

TVET Level IV in Construction Works, Building Technician, Building Technician, Finishing Foreman or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years relevant experience in a Building Construction Company

Diploma in Surveying or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years’ and above in Project Chief Surveyor position for Building projects.
