Job Description

Digaf Microcredit Provider S.C is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals to fill the following two positions. We invite applications from individuals who are passionate about contributing to financial inclusion and economic empowerment. Please find the details of the vacancies below:

The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. This position ensures efficient operation of the CEO office and facilitates effective communication between the CEO and internal/external parties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.

  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders.

  • Assist in organizing and preparing for board meetings and other executive events.

  • Maintain and organize confidential documents and files.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science, Management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in an executive secretary role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
