We are currently inviting interested and competent applicants for the following positions:

Position: Office Engineer

Required Number: 1

Workplace: Addis Ababa & Various Project Sites

Duties & Responsibilites:

• Review and prepare technical documents including P&IDs, equipment layouts, datasheets, and specifications.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth flow of technical information.

• Track project progress and maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, equipment/material deliveries, and as-built documentation.

• Assist in material take-offs, estimation, and preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

• Support in preparing method statements, technical proposals, and operation manuals.

• Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree and above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or in a related field of study

• Expereince: 2 years of experience

• Special Skills: Experience in mechanical system maintenance, Design, Research. Good experience in applying software’s for design
