TVET Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Fabrication or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilites: - Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. - Perform sheet metal work, including fabrication, assembly, and installation. - Support senior mechanics in general metal fabrication tasks. - Ensure safety standards and protocols are strictly followed. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions. Required Skills: - Basic knowledge or interest in sheet metal work and HVAC systems. - Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. - Excellent communication skills.

Fully supervise and perform the required work with relevant work experience Work Place: Sarbet and Gotera Duties & Responsibilites: - Controlling the entry and exit of employees - Determining whether they are qualified for the job and ensuring that the work is done properly and with quality - Since finishing is a mandatory matter for our organization, it is necessary to properly supervise the employee - Preparing a monthly salary form for the employee - Hiring a new employee (this means ensuring that the work is not interrupted in any way; the main reason for the need for experience in the work is to ensure that the work is not interrupted after it starts and to expand the work by adding employees - Able to work - Taking orders for the work situation (receiving) and making the employees work

TVET Level IV in a related field of study with relevant work experience out of which 6 years in a specific expereince
