Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, make on-the-spot decisions to resolve operational issues, and resolving any issues that arise during their shift. 

  • Acts as the on-site representative of management, handling emergencies, supervising staff, and maintaining service standards.

  • Lead and support staff across departments of the hotel, and report staff performance issues to department heads.

  • Respond to emergencies (medical incidents, fire alarms, security threats) following hotel protocols; ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations; and coordinate with security and external authorities if needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4 years and above experience in relevant positions.

  • BA degree in hotel/tourism or related fields.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly; and knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems).
