Job Description
Overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, make on-the-spot decisions to resolve operational issues, and resolving any issues that arise during their shift.
Acts as the on-site representative of management, handling emergencies, supervising staff, and maintaining service standards.
Lead and support staff across departments of the hotel, and report staff performance issues to department heads.
Respond to emergencies (medical incidents, fire alarms, security threats) following hotel protocols; ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations; and coordinate with security and external authorities if needed.
Requirements:
4 years and above experience in relevant positions.
BA degree in hotel/tourism or related fields.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly; and knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems).
