Duties and Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians in maintaining and repairing hardware, software, and technical equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime
Perform routine diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues with machinery, computers, or network systems
Support end-users by providing technical assistance, resolving minor problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level staff when necessary
Maintain and organize technical documentation, update records, and report findings or incidents to senior staff or management
