Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to avoid stock-outs.
Supervise and support store staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
Conduct regular audits and ensure all store operations comply with company standards.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance and inventory.
Job Requirement
Education Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance or other relevant field (Skills and experience in computer applications and utilization of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory)
Experience: 5 – 8 years’ experience in leather company
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
