Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all training programs and materials adhere to established standards, policies, and best practices within the organization

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop training programs on safety procedures, quality control, or the use of new equipment. .

  • Develop training programs on patient care protocols, medical procedures, or the use of new technologies

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Requirement:

  • Master’s Degree in Health Sciences.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing 2 years and above in relevant experience

Knowledge and skills Requirements

  • Knowledge of developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Skill in designing, planning, and delivering training sessions.

  • Experience in quality assurance, training standards, and the design/delivery of training programs.
