We are seeking an innovative AI Agents Developer to architect and deploy cutting-edge, conversational AI systems that integrate seamlessly with structured SQL databases and rapidly process limited unstructured data. You will play a key role in automating customer support, business intelligence, and seller operations using advanced LLM technologies including LangChain and RAG.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI solutions that access and utilize data from SQL databases while efficiently processing unstructured data under tight deadlines.

• Build, refine, and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants that automate workflows and deliver real-time insights.

• Design and optimize data ingestion pipelines to support both structured and unstructured data processing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and drive automation.

• Monitor performance metrics, define KPIs, and continuously improve system accuracy and responsiveness.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/ML development with a strong background in LLM-based solutions, including expertise in LangChain and RAG.

• Solid proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to work with both structured and unstructured data in fast-paced environments.

• Demonstrated previous work such as a demo project or portfolio piece that showcases the integration of structured SQL data in a chatbot or text-to-SQL solution.

• Experience in building AI agents that leverage conversational AI, ensuring seamless data flow and interaction.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to evolving data challenges.
