Job Description
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide support and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
Sales Target Management: Set individual and team sales goals, track progress, and ensure that targets are met. Monitor KPIs and use data to drive performance improvements.
Training & Development: Organize regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Oversee customer service standards, ensuring the team builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Work with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, outlining team performance, key insights, and areas for improvement. Use data to suggest strategies for improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales team members, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align efforts and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing sales teams.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Solid understanding of sales techniques, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., retail, technology, pharmaceuticals, etc.].
Familiarity with sales management software or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Fluency in [Amharic (s)] and/or English.
