Job Description

The Administrative & Receptionist Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Yimaru Academy by managing office administration, student inquiries, and front desk activities. This role serves as the first point of contact for students, clients, and visitors while also providing administrative support to various teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools, Google apps.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
