በሠራተኞች እና በአስተዳደር መካከል አለመግባባቶችን መፍታት, ግልጽ ግንኙነትን ማመቻቸት እና እርስ በርስ የሚስማሙ መፍትሄዎችን ማግኘት

የትምህርት ደረጃ፡ ዲፕሎማ ወይም ከዛ በላይ በማኔጅመንት ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች
የስራ ልምድ፡ በመስኩ ቢያንስ 2 አመት ስራ ልምድና ከዚያ ያለው/ያላት እና የኮምፒዩተር ችሎታ ያለው/ያላት
የህክምና፣ የሃዘን፣ የደስታ፣ የዓመት ፈቃድ እና በስራ ላይ ለሚገጥም ጉዳት ሆነ ሞት ኢንሹራንስ ይሰጣል።
